When buying store-bought beef, you can never know what went into preparing it, what regulations were followed, how long it’s been stockpiled in a wholesale warehouse, or even which country the beef was sourced from. Not to mention, many of them keep cattle in feedlots, never able to move freely.
Our beef is dry-aged and butchered within 1.5 hours of downtown Houston. Our cattle are born and raised in our Texas pastures, where they get to roam stress-free in grass fields and are finished on free choice grain to ensure the highest quality beef that money can buy.

Chemical-Free Beef
With store bought beef, after the animal is slaughtered, the USDA has allowed the packers to inject US beef with unknown liquids, red food dye and in some cases 'meat glue'
Buying meat that’s labeled as “All Natural,” “Antibiotic Free,” and “No added hormones,” and "grass finished"can help you feel better about what you’re getting, but the reality is that these labels aren’t always accurate and can often be misleading.
All of our animals are sourced by local South Texas ranchers from conception and then raised and finished out on the ranch within 1.5 hours from downtown Houston.
Only one man ever touches the beef, and after it's been dry aged, it's carefully butchered and vacuum sealed for max freshness and quality.

Much of what you find on grocery store shelves is riddled with chemicals and liquids, including e-coli pathogens. The USDA recommends that when you buy store-bought beef, you cook it to over 160 degrees to avoid sickness. One pound of store-bought beef can contain parts from over 400 different cows.
