The hanging weight estimate is 110lbs

You will expect to get no less than 60lbs of vacuum sealed pork.

• ~1 Pork Roast 3-4lbs
• ~Approximately: 15-20 Boneless Loin Chops (thick or thin)
• ~ 1 whole Pork Tenderloins
• ~ 2 Smoked Ham Hocks
• ~ 1 Baby back Ribs
• ~ 1 St.Louis Style Ribs
• ~ 1 Christmas ham 4-6lbs (smoked or fresh)
• ~ 8-10 Ham Steaks (fresh)
• ~ 5 lbs Pork Stir Fry
• ~ 7 lbs Bacon
• ~ 1 pack of bacon end pieces 1lb
• ~ 15lbs minimum pan sausage or ground pork (German, Maple, Italian, Chorizo or Hot) Choose one!

T his can be customized!

You can add EXTRA freshly smoked and cured bacon to your order for $14/lb. Let us know how much more you'd like to get.

Once placing your order, we will contact you to arrange pick up from Elstner's Processing in Weimar or we can meet at the Buc-ees in Katy TX

These deposits are non-refundable. Once paid, the animal will be taken to the processor, in your name.
